- Copy GRAFTI.EXE and GRAFTI.INI files to the same directory. Execute the
- GRAFTI.EXE file from Windows by using either the File Manager or the Program
- Manager.
- If you desire to have Graffiti loaded every time Windows is started, add
- the GRAFTI.EXE to the Start-up group (^_^). When it is resident in memory,
- Graffiti for Windows will not interfere with most other Windows software.
- Furthermore, it will only use 18KB of memory.
-
- How to Use *******************************************************************
- 1. Starting
- When the Graffiti for Windows is executed, a opening screen
- (blackboard) will be displayed for 1-2 seconds to show that the
- program has been properly executed and is not installed in the
- computer's memory. Even when it is installed, there is be no window
- or icon associated with Graffiti for Windows.
- To doodle on your screen, move the mouse pointer off any windows
- (i.e. on a wallpaper) and press down the left mouse button. Move the
- mouse pointer while still pressing down the left mouse button to draw a
- figure. You will also be able to draw on top of a window if you start
- a line from outside a window.
-
- 2. Control menu
- When the right mouse button is clicked when the mouse pointer is off
- any windows (i.e. on a wallpaper), a Graffiti for Windows Control Menu
- will pop-up next to the mouse pointer.
- Following is a description of commands listed in the Control Menu.
-
- [Graffiti] Display the opening blackboard at the center of the
- screen. If you need to know the current version of
- your Graffiti for Windows, select this command.
- To clear the blackboard, select the [Erase] command.
- [Erase] Erase all graffiti and blackboard window.
- [Bleeding Paint] Change the blush type to "Bleeding Paint"
- (what's that suppose to mean?)
- [Black Pen] Change the blush type to "Black Pen". (an ordinary
- pen)
- [Gang Spray] Change the blush type to "Gang Spray". If you are
- a member of a local gang and want to "really" draw
- artistic graffiti on your windows, select this.
- [Rainbow Spray] Change the blush type to "Rainbow Spray".
- If you want to find a pot of gold somewhere in your
- Windows, this is just what you need to color your
- screen.
- [Glow Pen] Change the blush type to "Glow Pen".
- If you are in the dark and want to "shine", this is
- the pen you need. The color will change with each
- blush stroke.
- [Confused Paint] Change the blush type to "Confused Paint".
- Color will change while you are drawing an object.
- [Remove] Remove Graffiti for Windows from memory.
-
- Warnings:
- 1. A figure drawn with a pen will dry quickly, but a figure drawn
- with a paint will drip down.
- 2. If your machine is 386SX or lower, spraying will be very slow.
-
- 3. Removing from Memory
- If some application already uses the right mouse button, Graffiti for
- Windows can be removed from memory by bringing up the Control Menu and
- selecting [Remove] or by re-running the GRAFTI.EXE file.
-
